The Spartan Race is a series of 20-23 obstacle courses spread over 3-5 miles at AT&T Park - the perfect event to put all your hard work and training into action on!
We are both registered as a teams (separate), starting in the afternoon on May 14th 2016.

Nora Abille Stebbins was a competitive gymnast for 6 years. She has been teaching Dance and Acrobatics in Alameda since 1989, and is a Certified Acrobatics Master Teacher through Dance Masters of America.
Nate is teaming up with Nora to broaden the diverse offerings of his Group Fitness classes. Gymnastics skills and strength are essential building blocks in a well rounded fitness program, that will help one thrive in all areas of physical performance.
Join us every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at 5:30pm for a challenging and fun workout - you'll be rocking those handstands before you know it!
Starting Monday October 12th, a new class will be added to the Group Fitness class roster - Precision Barbell. Precision Barbell is a class focusing on weight lifting form and technique, that will progressively build as individual skill levels develop. Nate has over 25 years of weight lifting experience, and specializes in guiding others to build up skills starting with a solid foundation. Join us to pump some iron and build desirable muscle tone, every 2nd and 4th Monday night of the month from 5:30pm - 6:30pm!
